How launch credits work
A launch credit is what you spend to launch one product. One credit, one launch, drafted and ranked and ready to ship. Here is what a credit includes and when it is spent.
Last updated June 22, 2026A launch credit is what you spend to put one product in front of real audiences. One credit covers a single launch, and everything up to that point, including scanning and scoring your site, is free.
01 · IncludedWhat one credit includes
Spending a credit kicks off the full launch loop. You get everything needed to take a product from ready to out there, in one motion:
- A ranked venue list, communities first and directories second.
- A post drafted for each venue, in that venue’s voice.
- The Reddit workflow, with account-standing checks built in.
- A checklist that tracks every move to done.
02 · When it is chargedWhen a credit is spent
A credit is spent when you start a launch, never when you run a readiness scan. Scanning a site is always free and unlimited, so you can check your score as often as you like before you decide to commit a credit.
Running the readiness report costs nothing and has no limit. A credit is involved only the moment you choose to turn a report into a real launch.
03 · The unitOne credit, one launch
Credits are simple on purpose: one credit equals one launch, with no tiers, no metering, and nothing recurring. If you want to launch a second product, that is a second credit. There is nothing to track month to month.
For how to buy one, see Buying a launch. For what happens to a credit once a launch begins, see Refunds and when a credit is locked.
