How the warm-up works, day by day

A warm-up runs in the background and hands you one local Today plan at a time. Your job is to read, decide, take the action on Reddit, and mark it done. Future days are not exposed early.

01 · IntakeGetting started

Nilkick asks for the topics you know, the Reddit account you want to condition, and your timezone. You can optionally link a launch so both products use the same target communities. Before you confirm the purchase, Nilkick assesses the public standing of the account and shows you the result. That standing fixes the entry pace of the plan, so the first days match where the account actually is. The selected Reddit account is bound to this Warm-up and cannot silently switch later.

Nilkick maps up to eight communities, generates a simple product-agnostic profile bio, and creates Day 1 immediately.

02 · The foundationThe first days: set up where the account actually is

What the opening days hold depends on the standing assessed at purchase.

For a brand new account, Day 1 separates the basics into direct actions: verify the account email, add an avatar, and choose a short agnostic bio. Each action opens the exact Reddit settings page, and the bio is copyable. Day 2 starts joining the selected communities and reading their rules, and no comment appears before Day 3.

For an account with real history, the basics become quick confirmations instead of from-scratch work, community joins compress into the first day or two, and the first careful comment can arrive as early as Day 2 (Day 1 only in a community where the account is already active). The starting point shifts; the daily ceiling never rises above what the standing supports.

03 · The daily rhythmEach Today plan

Later days contain a small mix of community browsing, rules refreshes, useful read-only thread visits, and fresh comment drafts. For a comment:

1. Open the thread and read the room.
2. Read the draft, which is grounded in the thread context.
3. Adjust anything that does not sound like you.
4. Post from your own account, optionally save the permalink, then mark it done.

Reply targets must be open, grounded, in a chosen community, no more than 72 hours old, and not already crowded. Older or closed leftovers can become read-only visits, but never later turn back into comment work.

04 · The safety loopPacing and outcomes

Early days allow at most one comment. Later days may expose a second only when the current standing supports it. The second remains locked until six hours after the first is marked posted.

On the next day, Nilkick asks whether the latest posted comment is still visible. Ignoring that prompt never blocks the next plan, and prompts do not stack. Reporting a removal immediately cancels later same-day comments, pauses new comments for 48 hours, and excludes that subreddit. A second removal within seven days extends the pause to 72 hours and limits the later ramp.

05 · CompleteDay 28 and the finish

If the account is established, Day 28 may include one optional discussion-starter question with no product mention. After Day 28 the plan completes, its day history remains available, and there is nothing to cancel because the purchase is one-time.
