Deleting your account

You can have your account and data removed whenever you want. For now this is handled by support. Here is how to ask, what gets deleted, and what we may have to keep.

You are in control of your account and the data tied to it. If you want it gone, you can have it removed. For now this runs through support rather than a button in the app, and a self-serve option is planned for later.

01 · Requesting itHow to request it

Send a message to support from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. Asking from your own address is how we confirm the request is really yours. We will remove the account and confirm when it is done.

02 · What is deletedWhat gets removed

When you delete your account, we remove the personal information tied to it: your email address, your launches and their plans, and your credit balance. After that, you can no longer sign in, because the account no longer exists.

03 · What we keepWhat we may keep

A small amount of information may be retained where the law requires it, mainly records of payments. Australian tax and accounting rules require keeping certain transaction records for a set period, so a purchase record may remain even after the account itself is gone. This is limited to what is genuinely required and is not used for anything else.
